Enjoying the Limelight, Mitch Ginsberg Talks About Changes in Consumer Behavior

CommLoan Conversation on Money Radio

The media spotlight was shining bright on CommLoan in recent days. Mitch Ginsberg, CEO, spoke on a panel for business leadership and innovation at the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix, was featured in the “Trendsetters” section of AZ RE Magazine, interviewed with Fox Radio’s “Money Line with Eric Lay” and was a guest on Money Radio’s “Business For Breakfast.”

CommLoan Discusses about Digital Marketplaces

CommLoan’s revolutionary platform was the star of the conversations, brining important questions to light about how digital marketplaces are reshaping the way that consumers are doing business.

“Digital marketplaces are being driven by the changes in consumer behavior,” said Mitch Ginsberg. “The way that Amazon connected buyers with all the offerings, the way that Priceline connected travelers with their destinations, that’s the way we’re connecting buyers with commercial real estate. I was so pleased to share my thoughts on the changing marketplace with the listeners of Money Line and Money Radio, and the readers of AZ RE magazine.”

The Priceline of Commercial Lending

Mitch started the momentum by sharing the podium with Rory Kaplan Carder and Ari Spiro in “Lessons from Jewish Business Leaders” – a “Corner Office” series discussing business, innovation and the future made possible by the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix. Next, he spent an hour on the air with Eric Lay, host of Money Line radio which airs on Fox Sports.
Money Line first aired in August 2007, and in the years since has become one of the most listened to money shows in Arizona. Even though the shows primary focus is on personal finance and financial strategies, Eric also enjoys interviewing people from different professions. His down to earth “regular guy” interviewing style is a refreshing change to the formal interviews you hear on most radio shows. Eric’s passion for real estate made for an engaging conversation and open Q&A about the future of commercial real estate.

After being featured as “Trensetter” in AZ RE magazine, Mitch was also invited to be a featured guest on Money Radio which airs on both AM and FM radio waves in Phoenix. Mitch talked about CommLoan’s business model with host Ken Morgan on the station’s popular “Business for Breakfast” show.
